If your order is not standard (mistake(s) when we prepared your order, missing or damaged product...), please contact our customer service asap.
If there is an error with the product sent, please return it. In this case, you have to inform our customer service of this return (in order for you to get the return number "RMA"), and send the product back within five (5) days following the edition of the return number. The product shoud not be opened or used and should be sent with the original bill, to the following address:

We advise you to select a delivery method using a tracking number. Without this number, we will not accept any claim.
Once the product is back, we will credit your account.
If the product sent back is not accepted, it will be sent back to you.
