  • How can I pay my Z&MA order?

    We offer you few possibilities to pay for your Z&MA orders:

    • By Credit Card in euros € (Blue Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card) through the secure payment CIC Bank system 
    • With Paypal in euros €, GBP £ or in US dollars $.

    Secure on line Payment: The security of payment and confidentiality of information is essential. Z&MA uses a secure online payment through our CIC Bank online payment system.

  • Can I securely pay my Z&MA order?

    Yes absolutely. Z&MA guarantees a total security of your payment and confidentiality of information. When entering your bank details, you are automatically connected to the secure CIC online payment system. All data are encrypted the moment they entered on the system so could not be used by someonelse or could not be changed.

    No intermediary has access to this information. Z&MA does not store any data related to the credit or debit card payments.

  • How can I contact Z&MA customer service?

  • What can I do if I loose my password?

    Very simple. When identification, you just have to select "lost password". Then you'll have to enter your email address and a couple of seconds after, a mail will be sent to you with all your details.

  • What are the delivery times and costs ?

    If you have any question about orders delivery, you'll find your answer her above (hopefully anyway  ;).

    For delivery in France 

    Every order placed before 1pm is sent the same day. For any order placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be sent the following Monday. And, for any order placed on public holiday, it will be sent the next working day.

    Abroad deliveries are covered by Colissimo Expert (the international offer of La Poste).

  • Can I exchange a product bought on Z&MA's website?

    You can exchange a product within 15 days following the day of your order. The product will be exchanged or you will have a credit if the returned product is intact, non opened and still in the original wrapped up. It then needs to be sent to:

    Please remember to precise your order reference number.

    You will have to pay for the shipping.

  • I have a credit. How can I use it?

    When you receive a credit, it will directly go to your account. You can use this credit once or split it in few orders. When you reach the payment page, you'll just have to select the available payment methods. Credit will be deducted from your total payment and you will pay the remaining with a credit card or through Paypal.

  • Can I order a product which is currently out of stock?

    When a product is out of stock, you can leave your email address by clicking on "out of stock" at the top right of the product page. As soon as the product will be back in stock, we will send you an email.
