  • What means of payment can I use on the Z&MA website?

    You have several possibilities to pay your order on the Z&MA website:

    - By credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card) in euros via the CIC secure payment system, 

    - By Paypal in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars, 

    - With a Z&MA credit card in euros credited to the customer account.

    Your payments are secured by the 3D Secure anti-fraud system. The 3D Secure system makes it possible to authenticate the holder of a bank card during a payment via Internet, with a secure password agreed between the banking establishment and his customer.

    The Z&MA website ensures the security of your payment at all stages. Upon payment, you are automatically connected to the secure CIC server to enter the number, the validity deadline and the visual cryptogram of your card. The data is encrypted between the client computer and the CIC server, they do not circulate on the Web and cannot be modified.

  • Can I make payments on the Z&MA website safely?

    Yes absolutely.

    Z&MA guarantees a total security of your payment and confidentiality of information. When entering your bank details, you are automatically connected to the secure CIC online payment system. All data are encrypted the moment they entered on the system so could not be used by someonelse or could not be changed.

    No intermediary has access to this information. Z&MA does not store any data related to the credit or debit card payments.

  • How can I contact Z&MA’s Customer Service?

  • What are the delivery times and prices?

    For a delivery in Mainland France 

    On a weekday, orders placed before 1pm are prepared and dispatched the same day. 

    Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent the following Monday. 

    Orders placed on a public holiday will be prepared and dispatched the next working day.

  • Can I exchange a product purchased on the Z&MA website?

    You can request to exchange any item purchased from the Z&MA website within 15 days of purchase. 

    In order for us to process your request, the product must be returned intact, unopened and in its original packaging to the following address:

    Please provide the order number. Your account will be credited with a credit corresponding to the amount of the returned product.

    Shipping costs (Mainland France and French overseas departments and territories) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • I have a credit; how can I use it?

    When you receive a credit, it is automatically credited to your customer account. You can use your unlimited credit over time and for several different orders. At the time of payment of your order, select your credit among the different means of payment available. It will be deducted from the total amount of your order and you can pay the rest by credit card or Paypal.

  • Can I order an item that is out of stock?

    When a product is no longer available, you can enter your email address by clicking the "Out of Stock" icon at the top right hand of the product page. You will receive a message from Z&MA as soon as the product is back in stock.
